The John Baird, Muswell Hill, London

	The John Baird, named after the inventor of the television, is located in the centre of Muswell Hill, North London. This quality North London local pub was refurbished recently and offers a safe, friendly and relaxed place to eat and drink. We offer up to eight Real Ales and traditional scrumpy on the hand pump, over 20 new and old world wines, continental draught and bottled lagers and a wide selection of soft drinks - we are proud to be in the 'Good Beer Guide' and have achieved 'Cask Marquee' status. Our English-style beer garden offers seating for at least 50 people, and includes a covered and heated smoking area. We show all live football and rugby on our large LCD's and big screen, and we also have the best food in Muswell Hill with our 44 seat restaurant housing 'The Black Orchid' Thai Restaurant. We have two very popular quiz nights - Thursday with Adam (get in early to ensure your table!) and a fun quiz on Sunday evenings with Peter.

We have a baby changing facility and a disabled toilet.
Children are allowed in the bar until 7 PM, under the supervision
of a responsible adult, and in the restaurant until 9 PM.
